What's included
Accommodation for up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms plus a queen pull-out sofa, the premium lifted golf cart, a fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar, unlimited private Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, central heating and air conditioning, covered outdoor living space, BBQ, fire-pit, heated outdoor shower, private yard, and parking for two vehicles. Every stay is professionally cleaned between guests. Bedding, pillows and towels are not included.
Booking deposit
A $500 deposit secures your reservation once the signed rental contract is accepted. It's applied toward your total rental cost and is non-refundable.
Security deposit
A $500 refundable damage/security deposit is required, due along with your remaining balance 30 days before arrival.
Resort pass
Pool and waterslide wristbands are not included. Waterpark and Funplex passes may be purchased separately through the Sherkston Welcome Centre.

- Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older
- Government-issued ID is required for all adults for park registration
- No pets — Zen Tide Retreat is a pet-free rental
- Bedding, pillows and towels are not provided — please bring your own

- Guests are responsible for following applicable Sherkston Shores resort rules during their stay
